Little Heath Farm Nursery

Nestled in the heart of the countryside, Little Heath Farm Nursery is a charming destination that every plant lover and garden enthusiast should experience.

Arrival: A Warm Welcome.
As you drive along the winding country lanes and woodland leading to Little Heath Farm, the scenery gradually transitions from bustling town life to the peaceful serenity of the countryside. The nursery, surrounded by fields and nestled amongst mature trees, greets you with a calm atmosphere.

The nursery has a homely feel, with rustic wooden signs directing visitors to different areas. There’s a clear sense that this place is a labour of love, with every plant carefully nurtured.

The Nursery: A Botanical Wonderland
Little Heath Farm Nursery is a horticultural treasure trove, offering various plants, from vibrant perennials and delicate annuals to robust shrubs and elegant trees. The layout is charmingly rustic, with gravel paths meandering through well-organised raised beds of plants.

Little Heath Farm Nursery has something to offer, whether looking for cottage garden staples like lavender and salvia or something more unusual like exotic succulents and rare herbs. The plants are healthy and well-maintained, a testament to the care and attention they receive from the knowledgeable owner, Vanessa.

The Tearoom: A Cozy Retreat hosted by Dottie About Cake
After exploring the nursery, find a cosy spot in the garden or inside the beautiful old barn. The Tearoom, run by Helena and her team, is the ideal place to relax and take in the tranquil surroundings, whatever the weather. Vintage chinaware and handmade tea cosies add to the rustic charm.

The menu is simple but delightful. It offers a selection of delicious homemade cakes and scones, freshly brewed coffee, and light lunches.

Fond Farewell
Little Heath Farm Nursery is more than just a place to buy plants—it’s a haven for anyone who loves gardening. I usually leave with a car full of greenery and a heart full of inspiration, already looking forward to my next visit.

If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend visiting Little Heath Farm Nursery and Tearoom. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or simply someone who appreciates the beauty of nature, birdsong, and cake, you’ll find something to love here.
